1. If at least one author lists a Pakistan (local) affiliation, the paper will be charged the local registration fee.


2. The paper will be charged the overseas fee only if all listed author affiliations are international (non-Pakistan).


3. If an author is Pakistani but is currently studying or working abroad and uses an international affiliation, it will be treated as an international affiliation for this rule.


4. Affiliation-based categorization will be determined from the affiliations listed in the submitted camera-ready manuscript (and should match the submission system records).


5. The presenter must be one of the paper authors.


6. Each accepted paper requires a separate registration (one registration per paper).


7. Only the presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings.


8. This registration fee covers ICIT 2026 Conference Kit and participation for one person only.


9. Lunch & Hi-Tea for days 1 & 2 are included in this fee.


10. Access to Technical Workshops by international & local speakers.


11. Certificate of Participation will be awarded to the registered presenter.

Note: Conference Dinner, which includes Cultural Night, is not included in the registration fee. (The registration form for Cultural Night will be shared on the website.)
