Camera Ready
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
1. All papers should be in English and follow the two-column format of the IEEE Conference style guidelines. A typeset Overleaf project is shared with you for camera-ready submission.
2. Manuscripts not following the IEEE template or exceeding the similarity ratio defined by IEEE will be rejected.
3. Figures and plots must be of good quality. Text in figures should match the size of the normal document text. Ensure that figures and plots are distinguishable when printed in black and white and viewed on-screen. Avoid using low-resolution screenshots or Excel-generated plots unless of high quality.
4. Include the ISBN information at the bottom of the first page of your paper as follows: 979-8-3315-0446-5/24/$31.00 ©2024 IEEE.
5. Ensure that your paper includes a header on the first page with the conference name and year (e.g., 2024 International Conference on IT and Industrial Technologies (ICIT)).
6. Prepare your final camera-ready submission as a single zip file containing:
6.1 Complete LaTeX Source Code and all high-quality images.
6.2 PDF File generated from PDF Express.
6.3 Electronic Copyright Form (available on CMT).
6.4 Response to reviewers file.
7. Only those papers presented at the conference according to the schedule will be submitted to IEEE Xplore.
8. Ensure the final submission meets these quality checks:
8.1 High-quality formatting.
8.2 Proofread for spelling and grammatical errors.
8.3 Plagiarism must be below 30%, including references.
