Abstract
A frequency reconfigurable reflective metasurface for linear to circular polarization conversion operating is presented. The sandwiched PIN diode between the split-ring offers scalability of the frequency band. When a diode is in the OFF state, it performs the LCPC at 19.5 to 32.5 GHz and in the ON state, it performs LCPC from 29.5 to 39 GHz. The overall fractional bandwidth of the proposed design is 66.67%.
