What are the charges for an extra page?
The charges for a extra page are PKR 5000/-.
What are the charges for the registration of poster presentation?
The charges for poster presentations is PKR 2500/-.
When are poster presentations scheduled?
Poster presentation is scheduled on the second day of the conference.
Will accomodations be provided by the conference organizers?
The request for accommodation can be facilitated in shared student boarding facility or in Faisalabad.
What are the charges for accomodation?
The charges for shared accommodation in student boarding facility is PKR 1500/- per night without dinner.
Is it compulsary to present physically or online presentations are also allowed?
Attending the conference in case you are a presenter is compulsory which has been mentioned in the camera ready guidelines.
Can we be certain that a paper will be published in IEEE after it has been presented at a conference?
IEEE has the right to exclude any papers due to whatsoever reasons though very unlikely, Incase of no paper presentation or withdrawal the paper won’t be published.
The fee of PKR 20,000/- is for single person only and is accommodation included in this package?
PKR 20,000/- is for a single presenter and accommodation is not included, during the conference accommodation is not provided however for PKR 1500/- a night in a shared student commodity, please note that this commodity is not a promise and subject to availability, this commodity does not include the theme dinner which has separate registration charges.
How long does it typically take for a paper presented at the conference to be published?
The conference proceedings are forwarded to IEEE as soon as a session is concluded, publishing the paper is an internal task of IEEE and the time is subject to their own process.
Can reviewers ask questions during the presentation?
The audience can go for questions during the presentation.
I haven't submitted any papers to the conference, can I still register myself to attend the conference?
Yes you can register yourself as an observer in the conference. However, the observer must be an enrolled student to any national, international institute.
Does the university provide transportation for the attendee?
Yes, University provides transportation to and from major points of Faisalabad. The route information with timings will be shared with all registered participants.
